1. Services
Southern California Backflow Testing provides certified backflow testing, repair, installation, and compliance management services to residential and commercial properties in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, California. All services are performed by licensed, certified technicians in accordance with California Title 17 regulations and applicable water district requirements.
Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic coverage, and current demand. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided as a quote prior to service. Final charges are based on the services performed. Additional costs may apply if unexpected conditions are discovered during testing or repair (e.g., code violations, additional devices, required replacements). We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
Special offers and discounts must be mentioned at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future bookings.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays may occur due to traffic, prior job complexity, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Compliance Reporting
As part of our services, we file backflow test results directly with the applicable water district on your behalf. We are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or service interruptions resulting from delays in testing caused by the customer's failure to schedule service in a timely manner.
